Safe Childhood, Secure Future” (Skivenes-Report on the rule of law and child protection, Norway) 

On Tuesday 27^th of June, Professor Marit Skivenes held a presentation on the “Skivenes Report», for the School of Law and UCCsocialwork Webinar. The attendees were Irish policy makers and academics in the field of child protection and welfare. The presentation titled “Safe Childhood, Secure Future” – was about the rule of law and child protection in Norway. The «Skivenes Report» is a Norwegian expert report (NOU 2023: 7 Safe childhood, secured future) on the rule of law and child protection presented to the Norwegian government in March 2023.
