Dag Wollebæk is Senior Research Fellow at the Institute for Social Research (ISF) and affiliated with the Centre for Research on Civil Society and Voluntary Sector. Wollebæk is a political scientist (PhD) and has published books and numerous articles on among others social capital, trust, organizations, volunteerism and social media. In recent years, Wollebæk’s research has had a particular focus on the role of trust in civil society and in the welfare state and on (social) media behavior and dynamics in online debates.
