Can you describe your office space?

I prefer my office space to be neat and tidy.  Everything is well organized as this helps me feel relaxed and focused. It is also decorated with a few plants and pictures of my son.

What is your background?

I have a bachelor’s and master’s degree in Comparative Politics from the University of Bergen.

If you had to choose a different field, what would it be?

Maybe psychology. I find human behavior, how we act and feel fascinating!

Is there a TV show you are binging?

American horror story, Wednesday, The White Lotus, and The Handmaid’s Tale.

What’s on your nightstand?

My air pods, lip balm and remote control.

Which podcast are you listening to right now and why?

I really enjoy listening to Aftenposten’s «Forklart» and NRKs «Oppdatert». Having a busy schedule, it’s great to listen to current news explained in 15-20 minutes. I also listen to different true crime podcasts such as «Cold Cases» and «Disappearances». I find the true crime genre very interesting. I mostly listen to podcasts on my way to and from work as it helps me unwind.

And a place you’ve been where you’d like to go back?

I would love to visit Singapore again. I really enjoyed the food, the multi-cultural atmosphere, the shopping, the architecture as well as the city’s greenery and gardens. There is still so much I didn’t get to explore and the city itself is so different to any other place I have been!
